Celeriac
Monarch
Monarch is one of the most reliable celeriac varieties for UK growing, producing large, smooth, cream-fleshed bulbs with fewer side roots than older varieties - making preparation much easier. It is a modern F1 with good vigour and resistance to bolting. The celery-flavoured flesh is excellent raw in remoulade or roasted.
