Canton Dwarf is a compact, fast-maturing pak choi ideal for small spaces and container growing. It produces dense, dark-green rosettes of crisp stems and tender leaves, ready to harvest in around 30-40 days. Less prone to bolting than larger types and well suited to spring and autumn sowings.
