Chard
Beta vulgaris subsp. cicla
Chard is a productive leafy crop related to beetroot. Both the stems and leaves are edible. It tolerates light frost and can produce through autumn and mild winters. Cut outer leaves repeatedly and the plant continues cropping for months.

Wilting
