Noisette
Noisette is a heritage open-pollinated Brussels sprout producing small, nutty-flavoured buttons after the first frosts. The name refers to its hazelnut-like flavour, which is considered by many to be superior to modern F1 varieties. It is a late-season variety cropping from December into February.
